Online gaming has exploded in popularity in the last few years, thanks to increasingly better technology. Characters look more real, and opponents abound because of the venue's popularity. We all need to hear and see to function. And the same goes with online gaming. Good sound quality matters. So every gamer needs a solid headset or communication device. Formula One 06

This is probably the most realistic Formula 1 racer game yet, spead over an 18 Race season, just like the real thing in Formula 1 There is also an intersting 'unlock feature' of being able to choose classic Formula One cars to race - great fun if you like an alternative edge! This really makes this a 2 in 1 game or like a free game all in one disk You can of course make tuning adjustments like most racing games but better still there are no complicated menu screens for this (aren't they the most annoying features!) In conclusion, great realism, lots of options and includes the classisc Formula One feature to make it great value on Platinum.

God of War

God of War is fundamentally quite a simple game. The idea is that you involved in the normal elimination of lots of enemies (and we means LOTS!) Now normally anyone can get pretty bored with this if that was all there was to do, but the game comes into it's own now The hero of the whole story here is Kratos. He has an 'unusual' and rather strange past, but the story just keeps developing and soon becomes really compelling to play If you like really fantasitc graphics, you are in the right place here, coupled with the feature of special moves to kill the enemies you meet and a story that you can't get bored of, it's a value for money buy

I like the fact that other people feel the same way about the fun you can have just chilling with a Playstation 2 game. Morgan recalling the first time he experienced Playstation gaming is a joy to read.

Still, we should focus a little more on the new stuff from Sony for Plastation 2. Obviously, Playstation 3 is well established, but the limited supply has held back popularity (along with the initial price!)

Can you remember the first videogames that introduced the world to the joys of videogames? I'm talking about the ones that were introduced in the 80s. We had the ever-popular Pac-Man, Asteroids, and Centipeed. Those outstanding innovations were the bomb! I remember how I used to play pitfall on my Atari and it was great fun.

Are you a big PS2 fan? When the council first came out I was blown away. The big pitch didn't only concern the playstation 2 games, but also the DVD option. PS two was actually a flexible enough to use as a DVD player. Folks loved this convenient option. Suddenly they didn't need to purchase a DVD player. You could actually watch movies with the period It was an all-in-one deal. How cool is that?

Playstation Addiction!

There are ways to identify your addiction to Playstation fun!

If the following symptoms are showing, you are probably becoming (or have already become) addicted to fun with your Playstation:

• If there is rarely a moment that you get bored with your Playstation
• If time passes so quickly that the sun sets and the moon rises and you are STILL playing the same game
• If the thought of something to eat has not crossed your mind at all
• If thirst has not driven you to pause
• If you have become sweaty with the intensity or frustration of the game and yet you have no desire to take a shower or bath
• If you have said YES to one or more of these, you are having way too much fun!
  

Playstation, like all gaming platforms is about fun. Some of the games have become pretty intense (in fact some are pretty damn scarry) but the joy of a new game, the thrill of learning the basics and getting into the levels within is still fantastic

There is a downside though, you can while whole evenings away and sometimes the whole of a Weekend and really achieve nothing other than the success that brings you into the game you are playing

I've found a better way

You can play on the Playstation (or indeed X-BOX, PC, Nintendo and sometimes PSP), play the newest games (often pre-releases) and GET PAID for doing it!!!!

Now I don't know if you've ever looked into making some extra money, but most of it seems to involve going out to work in a Restaurant or a Club or something like that

I don't object to working, it's just that I like to see my friends at the times when the employer wants me to work - bummer!

Since I love playing Playstation 2 Games, I like my time to be my own really, just playing something, then going out for the later evening or part of the Weekend. This has been a fatastic opportunity to combine the best of both worlds to me, having fun and getting someone to pay me for it
